That's Bombay.

Bombay is the only one I know offhand in the city. If you're willing to venture beyond SF, Vik's (the chaat place in Berkeley) has an adjacent market that stocks some hard to find items.
I love the Millan Market on 9th Street at the corner of University. They have flours, legumes, whole and ground spices and many packaged goods. I even got a cheap one of those extruder things that makes those great crispy noodly crackers.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up going to Milan yesterday. Found it listed in my Food Lover's Guide to San Francisco. Found everything I needed and was surprised how cheap it was.
