Nice article in this week's Metro re Santa Clara's "Koreatown"

My husband and I eat at Blue Stones and Sui Tofu a lot, and have been longing to try some of the other numerous places on this stretch of El Camino Real immediately east of Lawrence Expressway.

And lo and behold, this week's Metro has a great article which has mini-reviews and recommended dishes at several named places. Of particular note was Dumpling and Noodle, as the author states that all noodles there are homemade and the owner visits Korea specifically to study how to make dumplings. I think we'll try that one next.
