Group brunch in DC

Any suggestions for a Sun. brunch in DC for a group of 20? We're trying to keep it $20 max including tax and tip....is this impossible? Thank you!

I'd bet you could do something at The Reef in Adams Morgan for about that, possibly even including a drink or two per person. I'd give them a call or e-mail them at the address on their webpage (http://www.thereefdc.com)
