Drinks...50's-Midtown

Looking for a nice place for drinks tomorrow evening. Preferably in the 50's - 5th or 6th Avenue. Prefer tables to sit and not the typical bar scene.

      The Library Bar in the Hudson Hotel. 58th street.

          Divine Bar West is 54th between Broadway and 8th.

          Great cocktails @ Divine Bar West--be sure to sit upstairs (that may require eating though) but there are banquettes downstairs. GREAT cocktails

            Brasserie Ruhlmann is my go-to spot in the 50's. It's right in Rock Center. It has a bar but also has a bar area with tables. I love the food (best braised ribs) but I often go just to have a drink since I work close by.
