storing/freezing panna cotta?

I want to premake them to last more than 2 days in advance (just 5 days). I've seen frozen panna cottas on sale at a grocery store (from Presidents Choice brand), they taste pretty good too, can I do the same? Or will it taste different because I'm not freezing it professionally?

  1. I honestly don't know, I've only ever made panna cotta on th eday as it's so quick. But I would have thought that so long as your cream is good for that length of time you'd be ok. I would put them in something air tight in th efridge though so they don't pick up other flavours. Let us know how it goes!

      I agree, 5 days should still be OK as long as they are wrapped well. They may shrink a bit, but if you cover them with some nice fruit sauce or compote, no one will know.
