Bad Brunch-Long Beach

I love sunday brunch - mostly because, I don't have to make it AND I can sleep in pretty late and still get there in time.
But I have to let the world know, I went to Sunday Champagne Brunch at the Marriott hotel by Long Beach Airport last sunday and it was fairly awful! First of all, they sat us at a table that had bench/booth seating and 2 chairs - the Booth was so uncomfortable we both ended up in the chairs in a very akward seating configuration.
The best thing in the buffet was the Waffles. The rest of the food was overcooked (steak, fish, bacon), the Orange Juice was from concentrate (I hate it when you can tell). Then, they had a a lounge-band playing who I just wanted to tip for them to STOP playing because they were so bad.
I somewhat regret that I didn't try their omlettes - apparently, you can have them custom make an omlette for you, but you have to order it from your server - if and when they come to your table.

I will say, there are many other places to go for a good brunch in Long Beach - so skip this one and try something else.
