Fredericksburg Fine Dining
Other than Cuvee, any suggestions?
Apologies, by the way: I've tried to search this board, but haven't had a lot of luck.

A couple years ago there was an excellent little place called The Nest (on 87 just a bit south of 290). I drove up last weekend and the location is still there and they now have a website http://www.thenestrestaurant.com/home.html as well. I don't think you would be disappointed. I've also been to Bonterra- a must for lunch. There is also a reasonable prix-fixe at Rose Hill Manor (about 15 miles east of town) http://www.rose-hill.com/dining.htm. Our one experience dining at Trois Estates left a bit to be desired, though the location alone (half mile from enchanted rock SP) would make it worth the drive. Enjoy!
