shrimp oreganata--help!!

does anyone know a great and easy recipe for shrimp oreganata with lots of garlic and oregano and lemon, butter that you can do in the broil instead of sauteeing? Thanks!

For each pound of shrimp: 1 stick of unsalted butter, juice of half a lemon, 2 cloves garlic - finely minced or pressed, 2 tablespoons fresh oregano - finely minced, I also use the same amount of parsley and a T. of good olive oil. Cream all ingredients (except shrimp) together and chill in fridge for an hour or more. Peel and devein shrimp and place in broiler proof dish - I like an augratin dish for this. Place shrimp in dish and top with disks of garlic butter mixture. Broil until bubbly. That's it.

    1. thank you sounds great, will try it out....ended up sauteeing last night, because all the broil recipes I found, said to marinate for at least 30 min to an hour and I didn't have time....
