Oklahoma City Recommendations [Moved from Midwest Board]

RichardA Feb 6, 2007 09:18 AM

Hi all:
I will be visiting Oklahoma City in the beginning of March for a few days and am looking for restaurant recommendations. What is the best place to eat, price not an object? What is the best steakhouse? Any unique restaurants to check out?

Cattlemens Steakhouse (www.cattlemensrestaurant.com) is a must, must do! Even their really inexpensive "luncheon steak" (served, obviously, only at lunch) was incredible. We ate there three times in a four day visit in 2005. There are many restaurants around the Bricktown Area - many very touristy. We are at an interesting pub, Tap Werks (www.tapwerks.com), a great place for the beer lover and interesting pub food (croque madame!). If I think of any more places, I'll post again. Don't miss Cattlemen's, though!

If price were no object I would go to the Coach House
