Perogies with Cheese&Mushrooms

Does anyone have a good recipie. These are a ukranian style of perogie that i cannot find a good recipie for. Most of them seem to come with Potatoes & something, bacon,cottage cheese. I want just cheese &mushroom ones that i got hooked on and no longer have my supplier avail for a quick fix.
