Lobster Roll (aka Lunch) Closed til May. All farm stands closed til asparagus appears (Easter?) Milk Pail in Bridgehampton/Sagaponack is open but just apples and pies I think. And great hot cider. Not open every day. This time of the year, I detox from great fresh fruit and vegetables, I buy root veggies at the grocery store and roast in the oven. That way, when I see local asparagus and spinach, which is the first crop, it tastes that much better! You may want to stop in Citarellas in Watermill and/or Easthampton, if you want some fancy produce.
Tuna Hero, not sure what you mean. If you want a great sandwich with fresh local tuna, go to O'Murphys and see if they have their Tuna Melt on the special menu, it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. But they didn't have it last week, that's the trouble with local and fresh!!!!

There is a fruit/vegetable market on the east side of Amagansett, north side of the road, that appeared in the Seinfeld show. It may not be open in the winter.
If you want GREAT lobster rolls, you will have to go to Red's Eats in Wiscosset, ME. It is a large hotdog roll, overflowing with the meat of more than one lobster, served with butter sauce or mayo on the side, all for about $16. There is NOTHING like that on LI.
