Loose tea in Times Sq?

Any good shops near Times Square/Midtown West/Hell's Kitchen where I can get good loose teas?

          I can think of two places, but they are midtown east....i've never tried them, but the Tea Box restaurant at Takashimaya (5th and 53rd) sells loose tea (to purchase or drink). also on Madison and 69th there is the Ito En tea store as well as their restaurant Kai.
