This place is a hole-in-the wall candy store and does not have any signage indicating its name. It's between 7th & St. Mark's Pl., closer to 7th. There is an overhead sign jutting out into the street that says, "Belgian Fries."

Btw, they make a superb egg cream.

definitely don't let the exterior put you off. the shakes, soft serve, and egg creams (as mentioned above) are fantastic, cheap, and served in large portions. the proprietors are friendly, and the fries are actually very good.
