Last minute help: food in Triangle on a Monday night!

I am looking for a restaurant for tonight - Monday - in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, or Cary. Coming in from Charlotte just for one night. Every place that I want to go is closed on Monday nights - Udipi, Suchi, Tallula's, Panzanell! Agh, so frustrating. Any help? Any type of cuisine will do. Moderately priced, local food preferred. Thanks!!

Update: Thanks for all of the great recommendations! I am in the Triangle fairly regularly and have some great new additions to the list! Anyway, we went to Piedmont - and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The three of us had a relaxing meal and excellent food. We had the farmer's lettuce salad and the gnocchi with acorn squash; the NC pasture raised lamb ragout; and a risotto with goat cheese. I would highly recommend all of those entree choices. I am looking forward to returning there in the spring and sampling their spring menu choices.
    Thanks everyone!

Please report back on where you ended up, what you had, and what you thought!

I haven't been to Saffron, but agree that you'll get a great meal at any of the other places listed above. And Rue Cler is open on Mondays, thats another great place.

Sounds like you're craving Indian food, in which case I'd head to Saffron in RTP.
