Romanesco Cauliflower

Hi all-

Does anyone know where I can find Romanesco (spiky) cauliflower? I remember finding it last year sometime at some farmers' market, but I don't remember where or when. Any ideas?

Thanks for the tips everyone - I just got back from the SM farmer's market, where I found Romanesco at the Weiser Farms stand, and one other place. Thanks again!

i saw it at the pasadena farmer's market at the high school on saturdays, but that was a few months ago. i haven't been looking for it lately, so i'm not sure if they still have it. it was over toward the field, not the parking lot... on the side with the potato people, the apple people, and the stone fruit people with the yellow tubs.

Yes, I've seen romanesco cauliflower at the Hollywood Farmer's Market. I definitely think the OP's best bet is to visit either the Hollywood or Santa Monica markets.

Romanesco being sold at HFM is from Weiser. Good stuff and available this morning.
