Romantic Rustic Restaurant in NYC

Want to know any suggestions for a romantic rustic restaurant in NYC. Want it to be more quaint than showy and of course have outstanding food. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    1. La Petite Auberge serves excellent French bistro classics. The interior, which resembles a small, charming inn in Brittany, is quaint and rustic. In April of this year, they will celebrate their 30th anniversary, and the same owners (who come from Brittany) have kept it exactly the same as when it opened.

      1. Piadina 10th St off of 6th Ave.

I second Piadina. It's where my boyfriend and I have decided to spend our Anniversaries from now on.

          1. I have never eaten here but it looks very charming and has high ratings in several eating guides. One commented "Charm” is the watchword at this “romantic” UES New American where a “traditional”, “country-mansion” setting is burnished by “go-out-of-their-way” service and “delicious” food that’s priced for a well-heeled “older generation”; insiders say the “real treat here is afternoon tea.”
