Figure we should make goundhog day dinner at home tonight, especially since he didn't see his shadow and spring is on the way. Any menu suggestions?

Tnx.

Groundhogs of course, I understand they taste like chicken.

Cute. Thanks for the feedback ... happy spring ... even the ground hog may be recognizing global warming.

tnx...strawberry ice cream and beans are brilliant...we wound up having pasta with spring veggies (becuz he didn't se ehis shadow) and ground hog cake...chocolate cake, snow frosting, and groundhogs made from mounds bars...coconut ground hogs...ok, it was as close as we could get

As many upcoming spring items as available in celebration of things to come ... asparagus, strawberries ... etc. No decent strawberries yet? .. the best strawberry ice cream that can be bought ... a combination of winter cold and spring's promise.

In honor of Bill Murry ... leftovers ... deja vu.

I don't imagine Phil is edible ... he made a guest appearance on some talk show and according to the trainer, he's a vicious little animal.
