I am roasting a suckling pig for S-Bowl. It is marinating in a traditional Cuban marinade right now.
Suggestions for side dishes?
Cuban: Black beans & rice and fried plantains. Barbecue: Baked beans and potato salad. Hawaiian: Fried rice and grilled pineapple. Honestly, with a spectacular entree like that, how can you go wrong? Can I come over?
