good vegetarian cuisine in monterey/carmel area?

my boyfriend and I are taking a trip to san francisco. we will be spending valentine's day in monterey. we are both vegetarians and we would like to find a good restaurant that has more than one veggie option and preferably nice ambience. any suggestions?

It might not be super fancy, but there is a great Thai restaurant in Marina called My Thai. They have a huge vegetarian menu and it's always wonderful. The staff is very nice, too. It's kind of hard to find, so you might want to call them for directions. (It's behind the Shell station.)
