Russian River Beatification

Vinnie Cilurzo's latest Belgian experiment is another winner. This is a Belgian golden ale aged for 23 months in La Folie barrels. Subtle sour notes, nice maltiness, an excellent brew!

Costs $16 for 375mL, but worth it at least once. If you're in San Diego, Hamilton's Tavern in South Park has it, and apparently that's the only place you can get it.

Hamilton's is pretty cool. The owner is really into beer, and his bottle and draft selection reflects that.
