Does anyone know the name and number of the Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant in Richardson at the corner of Jupiter and Belt Line in the strip mall where Target once was eons ago?

A friend of mine went there in 2006 for Lunar New Year and was completely wowed. 10-course meal for $30, though I think the bigger draw for her was the Asian Elvis impersonator and interpretive dance pair in addition to the usual dragon dancing. . .
