        <content>Took 3 Yukon Gold spuds, cut to about 3/8" (steak fry thickness), dipped both sides in a little olive oil on a paper plate, put on p. press, sprinkled with a little barbeque seasoning, closed the lid, and waited.  Hit with a little sea salt and cracked black pepper, served with chipotle cumin ketchup.  Too simple.</content>

      <content>I think they were on for about a half hour.  Took one out when I got some nice brown grill marks on top and tested it for doneness.</content>
