Valentine's Day Dinner in the Triangle

Can anyone recommend a good place for me to take my wife to for Valentine's Day? Are there any interesting fixed menus for the occasion worth mentioning? I'm guessing that most of the best places are booked by now, but figured its worth a try.
I'm attempting to get reservations at a certain fondue restaurant that I will not mention in this thread for fear of having it moved to the chains forum. I've heard some less than complimentary things about it though and am looking for an alternative. Are there any good fondue restaurants in the Triangle?
The one whose name we dare not mention is the only one that I'm aware of. There is ShabuShabu, which is sort of like japanese fondue-- cook meat in hot broth, same sort of communal thing with your date. As far as reservations at the top places-- you are more than likely S.O.L. My friends who work in these restaurants are already marvelling at the people calling frantically for reservations... it's still worth a shot, though, because you never know who's going to cancel. Good luck!
I was able to get a reservation at Taverna Agora last week for anytime I wanted. It is a terrific great restaurant with excellent food and service and a very romantic restauarant. All of the heavy hitters are booked but this is an excellent choice and you will not be disappointed.
