What are your C'Hound travel essentials?
I am not talking the drive to resort condo but FLYING and packing light!
Mine:
wine/beer opener
sharp travel knife (in checked luggage or course)
coffee filters (I use french press at home, but that and coffee grinder do not travel well!) so when I buy ground coffee on location (ie Kona!) I can make my own.
sweetner (sugar/splenda)
a baggie of universal seasoning (sea salt, pepper, herbs) if I am staying in a place with a grill-ie tropical place.
a few high quality paper plates
silverware place setting for 2.
I buy local hot sauce on site
might have missed something, what are yours? and I am talking packing light.

I usually bring my percolator and some good coffee if I'm staying in a hotel. If the hotel room has one of those little coffee makers, the coffee is usually vile; and sometimes they don't have one at all. I lived in Portland long enough to become a certified coffee snob--before that canned Folgers or Cain's Hotel & Restaurant Blend was quite adequate, but no more.

I hope you get lots of good answers to your question. I asked a similar question at this thread:

I never searched for other threads that might have asked this question, so it's possible that others asked this question before me, too.
