UI inconsistency

Since "Watched Topics" has been renamed "My Favorite Topics," the Topic Options command should be changed from "Watch this Topic" to "Add to Favorites."

Though frankly I think the earlier terminology was more descriptive. That I choose to watch a topic doesn't necessarily mean that it's one of my favorites.

And the Posts column header on many pages is really Replies.
