Here's what I've got so far: Chompies, NY Bagels and Bialys, Back East (Tempe), D.J.'s Bagel Cafe (Fountain Hills), a bagel shop at Tatum/Bell whose name I've forgotten, Lox, Stock and Bagel, Karsh's, and to be fair, Einstein Bros. I have it in mind to go to the News Cafe (not sure if they bake in shop though) and to get a grocery store bagel. What are the other places I need to hit up? I haven't been anywhere in the west valley, cause I don't know of anything. Bruegger's (chain) are much better than Einstein's, which I refer to as 'air bagels' and the frothy noncheese they serve is 'air cheese.' For grocery store bagels, Albertson's aren't bad.
