The Good News and Bad News About Centovini's Porchetta Sandwich

The good news: the sandwich is every bit as good as New York Magazine's description, particularly the focaccia and the pan juices that it absorbs; the bad news: the price ($16) is seriously ridiculous. Mind you, I've got no problem paying $10-$12, but, come on, $16 at brunch is just bad faith. With tax and tip you're looking at $20 for a sandwich, which makes 'wichcraft look like a relative steal.
