Ngau Kee Chinese Cuisine

I'm going there with some friends tonight. Aside from the crab dish which is soooooo amazing, I'm looking for ideas for a second and third. Anyone been there that has a recomendation?

One of the guys doesn't eat pork or green leafy things that's been stir fried. Make it hard to order, eh?

      1. Went to this place for a big dinner a couple months back. It's located in First Markham Place, a few doors east of Ding Tai Fung. I'd say it's definitely one of the better places around if you order their more deluxe dishes (the owners previously ran the ex-Maple Pepper Garden over at East Beaver Creek & 7). Standouts were a beautiful five-pound lobster, a fantastic cubed beef tenderloin w/mushrooms plate (both dishes generously bathed with diced sauteed garlic), the aforementioned crab, and eel done two ways. There was also a pretty decent potato and beef curry. A very good addition to the mall. What did you guys end up ordering?

        1. I was irked by this place when they automatically charged me $5 for a small dish of salty fish and veggies snacks (smaller than the size of my palm). I assumed it was free since they just put it on my table when I arrived.

          1. anybody have pictures of the lobster 3-way offered here?

            (1) lobster in Creamy rum sauce with french bread dip
            (2) fried garlic lobster
            (3) steamed crab brain with garlic and scallion
