      <content>I often freeze the okara in a ziploc after each milk run, then use it as it piles up.

      <content>Ramen Halu in San Jose offers a side of okara salad on its ramen lunch set that I love.  Looks like a scoop of potato salad almost.  Sesame oil, scallions, can't tell you exactly what's in it, but wanted to make the suggestion for a cold prep. </content>
