Are there any places in Houston that is similar to FOC but without the price?

Try Pradira on Westheimer, great food and customer service.
I think it is 5 star resturant

I absolutely adore Churrascos! The lunch menu is a great "try it out" experience as the prices are much lower. My favorite location is on Westheimer near Westchase - probably only a mile or two from the Beltway!

I have been to Nelore, it's a nice atmosphere, less of a huge room filled with big groups on business dinners. I thought it was very good.

There have been a couple come and go but the only other one now I know of is Nelore, on Montrose. I understand it's a bit cheaper but I haven't been.
