Recommendations for dim sum (with carts) in Dundas/University area

Hi all,

Any recommendations for a place to have dim sum for lunch with the ladies with the carts? We would like a place relatively close to Dundas/University area where we could walk 5-10 minutes. We take less than an hour for lunch usually :-( We have been to Kow Loon on Bladwin but want a more traditional place with the carts. We are new to working in the area and know China Town is nearby but we would like some suggestions from people familar with the area and dim sum.

You don't mean the one in the basement? they're not good at all. The staff is non-Cantonese, which may have something to do with it.

I've enjoyed the 1-2 meals I've had there, though not spectacular, it's not bad at all.

I usually like to go to Bright Pearl for Dim Sum on Spadina.
