So, can we not tell from our favorites page what has new posts?

Katie Nell Jan 25, 2007 04:38 AM

When I go to look at my favorites page, there's no indication of "New" posts, but when I go to, for instance, the Home Cooking board there's clearly new posts on some of the topics I have bookmarked. Can we fix this, pretty please?

Ack! So much to catch up on! Thank you, thank you, chowhound engineering.

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth (god, why did that come to my brain? my high school teachers should be proud) but couldja squish the thread titles a little closer together? if not, no worries--flagging the new posts makes me a very happy chowhound.

It's coming back within the next day or two.

The "New" flag is still missing from the Favorites list. The feature's useless without it.

I've been trying to be patient. Please update when it will return. I know you have been really busy getting the search to work. Thanks for all your hard work.

              Thanks, Engineering!

One additional request: Would it be possible to move the deletion [x] to the right of the topic name, or at least make it less conspicuous, so that the New flag would be more evident?

Me three. It was a fantastic feature. Please do bring it back.

Agree. This would pretty much fix everything I'd been concerned about with the change over.
