Does good sushi exist in the Inland Empire!
I had sushi a couple of years ago at the one sushi bar in Temecula. It was not very good. (perhaps it has gotten better). Unless things have changed, my impression is that this is just not an area that can support serious Japanese food. There was a man at the sushi bar who asked for children's chopsticks (they kind they give to very young children when they are first learning to use chopsticks). They didn't have any, so he ate his sushi with a knife and fork.
