I've been for drinks three times and only had apps at the bar so far, but I'll get to that.

Why is it that so many new spot that have opened in the last six months cannot seem to realize that you need to allow for walking or congregating space at a bar? Not only that, even though the bar stools are nice and comfortable, they're almost as big as a recliner which takes up even more space! I was elbowed moore times than i can count and it wasn't even crowded. I thought the idea was to entice people to stay, not urge them to leave because the bar stools take up more space than the guests. Literally one of the worst bar set ups I've seen! Ugh!

Now I haven't had a steak yet, but so far the apps have been mediocre to fair. They served us an amuse of kobe hot dog, which tasted like .............a hot dog. The Kobe raviolis were good, but the Kobe steak tartare, was so loaded with capers, mustard, tabasco and such, that it didn't matter what kind of beef it was, so why bother with the Kobe? Which is the exact reason i like to mix it myself (which when I asked was told no). When I have a steak I'll pass my final judgement......

Anybody else have an want to weigh in?
