I just bought my boss a half pound of ginseng root as she has recently recovered from a serious illness. Does anyone have any recipes you can share for how to use it? I've found a few recipes on the foodnetwork sites (cdn and US) and a site called Hsu Ginseng, but does anyone have any that are tried and true? To be honest, I'm not sure she's going to like the taste, I know growing up, I hated it! So I'm hoping extra yummy recipes might make up for the bitterness... thanks!
