Butcher in Tacoma?

I am looking for a quality butcher in Tacoma in the tradition of Lobel's in NYC. I also am looking for a place to buy linguica.

    They have a nice meat selection and it looks like they cut their own.
    Check with Metropolitan Market on Proctor and N. 25th

      I'd second the Meat Shop. They do a great job, although they're quite a drive from downtown Tacoma.

        Try calling the Meat Shop of Tacoma. They are an organic butcher.
