Any suggestions for a nice dinner in Pau?

Don't miss out on Chez Ruffet, about a mile south of the castle (in Jurancon) serving regional fare. It had a michelin star a couple of years ago and someone recently told me it has been upgraded to two. Well deserved and don't miss it.

There is also a good restaurant opposite the station, can't remember its name (definitely a Gare in the name somewhere).
