Results sorted by date?

What happened to being able to search a particular board and having the option of sorting results by relevance or date? It makes no sense for results from 1999 to be placed in seemingly random order alongside posts from last week. Anyone else agree with me?

      Sorting search results by date? Most recent first. How about it?

            As a person who uses the board primarily to research restaurants, the lack of the ability to sort by date has made the site USELESS. I also find that the new color scheme hurts the eyes and I'm 32.
