I am looking for a good place to spend my birthday. What is the word on James Randall's new resturant. I enjoy Manressa but not what I am looking for tonight.

I've been to JR and the food was very good. The service was a little slow at times but the setting is nice. The dining room is pretty small but I didn't feel cramped.
