Hosting a single malt scotch tasting...
My friend has 4 bottles of single malt scotch (Glenmorangie, Glengoyne, Lagavulin, and Dalmore), and wants to host a scotch tasting for a few buddies...
Any tips on food pairings, or interesting "tricks" we can use for the tasting?

I would begin with similar glasses, and I would number the glasses. Make it a blind tasting. Two guys can pour. Maybe one guy pours for everyone but himself, and someone else pours for him. Or divide it up in groups.
Make everyone rate them and write comments, without knowing what's what.
