Chano's Now by LAC+USC Medical Center

NinoHB714 Jan 22, 2007 02:20 PM

If you're a fan of Chano's by the USC main campus, it looks like the Manny's El Loco on Mission by LAC+USC Medical Center is now a Chano's.

I always get the chicken soft tacos. Grilled pieces of chicken, chunky pico de gallo and avocado sauce.

Chano's was always the late night place for USC students to grab a bite to eat after heavy drinking.

Oh I like their nachos too. They fry their chips up fresh and while they're still hot, sprinkle cheese on them to melt it.

I love their chicken tacos, but just recently realized they poured some salt onto my finished taco. I think it would be even better w/o the extra salt.

Exactly where is Chano's? I work at USC, so I just need the cross street name. Thanks for the advice?

If it's the old Manny's El Loco it is at the intersection of Mission and Main (near the start of Valley Bl across the street from Lincoln Park) - 3309 N. Mission.
