They are wonderful! Stuff with Boursin cheese for an appetizer or snack, or dip in hummus or baba ganoush.... slice in salads, stir fry, add to soups, stews, the sky is the limit... Enjoy!
Chevre is another good cheese to stuff in those. I had'em like that served hot at City, the second incarnation of the original restaurant of the Ciudad/Border Grill women. As Mrs. O won't touch sweet peppers I had'em all to myself!
