This is all second hand, but every report I have had is that it is over priced and nothing special -- other than the fancy names they give their standard Italian restaurant dishes. The buzz is that it is just a fancier version of the other restaurants on the Market -- geared towards tourists and not worth the expense.
From firsthand experience, go to Al Di La, Pane e Vino, Il Cortile del Re, or Fulton Five for worthwhile Italian in Charleston. Al Di La and Pane e Vino are my favorites.
