[DFW]-Good Eats neer the Dallas Galleria.

My sweetie will be in Dallas near the Galleria for training next week and is looking for good eats within resonable cab distance.

He will eat almost anything though suggestions on Sushi, BBQ and Restaurants specializing in other large hunks of meat are appreciated. He is however, limited to the constraints of a non-profit's expense account.
