Carnitas in Los cabos
Here's a few pics from El Michoacano..in Cabo San Lucas. There is 1 menu item..pig..every part of the animal...slow cooked in oil..carnitas..They cook them in several huge pots and stir from time time..start cooking in the evening and open about 8AM..close about 2-3PM. Served by the kilo, torta (sandwich) or tacos.
You can specify what parts you'd like and if you're not fluent in Spanish..point at your ribs or grab your shoulder..or whatever.
