The best cheese plate I've had was at Guy Savoy.

However, Bouchon has a great cheese plate that you could order at the bar (or a table) without having to spend an arm and a leg. You can order individual cheese or a 3-cheese combo. They serve it with honeycomb, sliced apple, and fresh-baked bread. VERY good cheese, IMO.

Fleur de Lys in Mandalay Bay has a great cheese course. I have also heard that L'Atelier at MGM Grand has a nice cheese plate.

firefly on paradise has a GREAT one for 10 bucks! 3 different cheeses with figs, apples, toasted bread.
also, the wine cellar at the rio, nora's in summerlin off charleston, and vintner grill!

@ Vintner Grill...the cheese plates are paired w/ a vosges chocolate truffle and a rustic bread. they offer a variety of different sm. cheese plates...get an assortment. They are worth sharing! DB Brasserie @ the Wynn and Bouchon both are wonderful as well...you can't go wrong!
