Spectacular Wine Dinner at Bistro K

My wine group had a custom menu prepared by Laurent. In the 4 years I have been going, this may have been the best meal yet. Here's the menu:

  1. Greg - that has to be the best value tasting menu I have ever read, and knowing Laurent's cooking, I am sure it was fabulous.
    Do I long for that tasting, with wines of course!!!

        I'm curious -- was the '98 Chapoutier too young still?

          BK does not have a B&W license at its current location. This will change soon.

          Re: the Mordoree...drinks pretty well with a serious decant. I'll pop another one in 5 yrs.
