Just got back from one of my many business trips there. Didn't get to try as many nice places as I would've liked unfortunately.

    Kevin H - I'm so glad you did. I live in Boulder, get to Denver a fair amount, less frequently to the Springs.

      Thanks for the link to your evocative report. Your photos are terrific -- and I love your idea of photographing the menus. I visited Summit twice. Go to www.culinary-colorado.com, click on Dining Diary and then click on the Summit writeups.

        You'd think that Chowhound would be sophisticated enough to enable photos within posts!

          Actually, they do. Seth Chadwick posts his photos in many of his reviews. Not sure what is required, i.e. upload to Web site and post URL, etc., but it's done all of the time.
