Crab Claws

I bought beautiful looking cracked cooked crab claws (small ones). I would like to make maybe some kind of a slaw starter with a few of the claws plated on the dish.

What would you pair them with for a starter?

We are having fish for the entree

    crab and celeriac remoulade are great mates. also really nice over watercress/citrus salad.
