Food related publications

I read Cook's magazine for info on how to use seasonal foods, the latest kitchen gadgets and the myriad other topics they cover. I also read Saveur for ideas on building menus (main course and sides), and I read Saveur for the story of regional dishes. Are there any other publications similar to these that are available at the "newsstand" (which now seems to be "megabookmart")?
